Monday, February 3, 2014. The world didn't stop. So the Broncos lost the Super Bowl game yesterday -. But the world kept on turning. I had hoped they would win; I don't know what happened except that the Seahawks had a very strong defense AND a very strong offense. And the Broncos made far too many mistakes. The TV news people have been busy all day reporting what is going on in Boston; the entire city is shut down while law enforcement is searching for the one suspect who is still at large after the bombing at the Boston Marathon. All the times she would come over and literally make us laugh so hard we would be on the floor. She would take her teeth out and lip sinc to country songs and tell stupid jokes. Their are no tomatoes, just Chilies, garlic, a little salt, and oregano. Man this sauce is amazing. Smokey, smooth, and a little sweet. Sometimes I like to mix it up by adding different kinds of peppers and maybe some cilantro and cumin. 6-8 Dried red chili pods, stems and seeds removed. 2-4 cloves of garlic. 1 tsp sea salt.
