Cheree’s Workout Blog. A step in the right direction…. January 23, 2009 at 9:13 pm. Yesterday, after looking over my lack progress in the workout area, I decided to sign up for an exercise class. Next week I will be starting a workout class on thighs, hips, and Abs! I could not think of a better combination. Well maybe add the butt and then it is a perfect class. By posting these meals I hope to keep myself accountable to what I eat and try and stay between 1,350 – 1,450 calories and only 325-350 calories from fat. http:/ caloriecount.about.com/. Week 14 (Feb 23 – March 1). Oatmeal, milk, Quiznos Mesqute Chicken sub, cheetos, sprite, Tuna Helper TOTAL = 1,813 Calories. Week 12 (Feb 9th- Feb 15th) or Week 13 (Feb 16th – Feb 22). Did not record both weeks… but let me tell you I am sure they were all over my limit😦. Week 11 (Feb 4th- Feb 8th).

Cheree’s Workout Blog. No Loss, No Gain…. January 14, 2009 at 6:55 pm. Well starting off this week I checked my weight and did not see a difference from last week. I was half expecting to see my weight go up since last week, as you can tell, I did not do very well about eating healthy. However, I did manage to work out 4 days out of the 5 days. Exercise must have balanced out my bad eating. Then again that could just be water weight! Hopefully next week I can combine the two, eating right, and exercising!

I think I put on my blog Sept 3, but I meant the Friday before Labor Day. Not the best picture to show my belly and weight loss, but it helps. The morning of Sept 4 I was 120.8 lbs. YAY I made it and it felt great. Now I just need to maintain it. Then this last weekend we went to Pismo, I didn’t do any cooking, but we ate snacks and went out to eat. Leave a Comment ».
