There are so many different opinions on this, but the one that is the healthiest and most reccomended is to eat no less than every 4 hours, including three meals and one snack. I think I put on my blog Sept 3, but I meant the Friday before Labor Day. Not the best picture to show my belly and weight loss, but it helps. The morning of Sept 4 I was 120.8 lbs. Next week I will be starting a workout class on thighs, hips, and Abs! I could not think of a better combination. Well maybe add the butt and then it is a perfect class.
