http://cookingwithnadine.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
A Pinch of This and A Dash of That. Saturday, August 27, 2011. Trying to balance my diet on Atkins has been challenging. The challenging part is coming up with recipes that are tasty and different. I love to experiment in the kitchen which is a good thing. Don’t be afraid to be adventurous. Chicken cutlets (chicken breast cut thin). This can be served with fresh vegetables and a salad to keep it Atkins friendly. If you like add your favorite potato or rice dish. Always remember to have fun in the kitchen.

Ham is delicious with eggs for breakfast or cut up in a salad for lunch. Enjoy exploring the different ways you can use your ham.

A Pinch of This and A Dash of That. Tuesday, August 7, 2012. My husband is fond of saying that I make the world’s best potato salad. I’m not sure that’s true but I do believe that is what he is used to. I don’t use eggs in my potato salad but I do know that some people do. I believe that you can use a basic recipe and make it your own. Until next time, remember to have fun in the kitchen. 169; Nadine Zawacki 2012. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
