After years of writing themselves off as not being runners, Erin and Sara have decided to give it another shot. We're using the "Couch-to-5k" training schedule (although we're not quite at the level of "couch"), our mp3 players, Google Maps and this blog as our tools to keep us going. Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Thursday, April 18, 2013. Wow, I'm really inconsistent with this blogging business. and this weightloss business. I'm up to a total loss of 17lbs. Not bad but I would have liked to have done this faster and be up to a 30lbs loss by now. But. I am still taking my Advocare. Monday, January 21, 2013. From Couch to Triathlete to Ironman. Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Going good. Down 8 pounds so far. I know it's not alot, but Im trying as hard as I can right now. I've had some nights of getting into hotels at 10-11pm, then waking back up at 5am.
