The content was interesting to me–I love teaching math and talking about teaching math. The fellow participants were great–they had many thought provoking insights and resources to share. I was anxious to try an open middle problem after learning about them in our Math Rocks group. Admittedly, I was a little slow in planning and implementing (to say nothing about how slow I’ve been blogging about it), but better late than never, right? They have a closed beginning meaning that they all start with the same initial problem. Was it too hard or abstract? Would they like it?
