Ben's page that he did keep going. He now feels guilty that he doesn't update enough. Monday, October 25, 2004. I am currently following a band that I think might be the next big thing. Their music at least is wonderful; a cross between Buckley and Led Zep I would say. The come from Bradford-on-Avon near Bristol, and are called Blackbud. Here is their website:. Please think of a New Year's resolution before new year, and post it as a comment below. That is, if you can be bothered. Posted by Ben @ 7:34 pm. Wednesday, December 08, 2004. Failed my driving test. Old news really, but I do have another booked in for the first of February. Hopefully I won't drive straight through 'stop' signs this time. Posted by Ben @ 1:22 pm. Ben's page that he did keep going. He now feels guilty that he doesn't update enough. Sunday, July 25, 2004. I catalogued all my cds yesterday. It was fun. I got to find all kind of rubbish that I'd forgotten about. And then I found stuff like Achtung Baby that Andy burned for me about 3 years ago that I'd mislaid. Mary Star of the Sea had gone missing too, but I found that, as well as Trailer Park by Beth Orton. I'm not sure I even like that anymore. Happy Birthday Will, sorry it's a bit late! I had a r...

Piacèvole Gastronomia: Carne com Guinness
http://piacevolegastronomia.blogspot.com/2009/05/carne-com-guinness.html

Chocolate Mole Recipe - David Lebovitz
http://www.davidlebovitz.com/2005/11/a-frugal-gourme
Laquo; Dulce de Leche Recipe. At the Market in Paris ». There’s nothing I like better than a big batch of mole, the famed Mexican sauce, spiked with chiles, spices, and a hint of dark, bitter chocolate. Mole is excellent spooned over baked or poached chicken, and I’m especially fond of slathering it over a pot of crispy-cooked carnitas. Recipes adapted from The Sweet Life in Paris. Broadway Books) by David Lebovitz. Makes enough for smothering one chicken or a pork shoulder, previously cooked. 2 In a sma...

Far from home: July 2006
http://pixln.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
A way to keep in touch with friends family. Sunday, July 30. Having friends like you who travel alot and send me these great emails (you know who you are) certainly feeds my travel bug. I am still dreaming about taking our (as yet hypothetical) children in a campervan and driving from Singapore to Europe/ Africa/ Middle East or something. Going back to the basics of traveling cheap and off the beaten track. And see more of central and northern Spain. Or check out this list. Posted by Lynn at 12:22 am.

Far from home: Back from colonial Mexico
http://pixln.blogspot.com/2006/05/back-from-colonial-mexico.html
A way to keep in touch with friends family. Wednesday, May 3. Back from colonial Mexico. Then on our way home, we were caught in a spectacular storm of hail and rain. That, along with poorly marked, badly lit Mexican freeways and Mexican drivers, made us pull over for about 5 mins to let everything pass us by. I acutely felt how much we were at the mercy of the elements - a bit like camping in a storm really. PS The trip was really enjoyable, seriously! Here's a great article. Posted by Lynn at 10:40 pm.
