What we Do - The Laboratory of Eric Lyons
http://www.lyonslab.net/what-we-do.html
We are involved in many projects. CoGe: Comparative Genomics Engine. CyVerse: Transforming Science through Data-Driven Discovery. Structural, functional, and evolutionary analysis of long non-coding RNAs in control of stress response and the epigenome in diverse plant species. We do fun things on the side. Genomic Data Visualization with Virtual Reality. Raspberry Pi and Arduino's for Biologists. And sometimes, pinball. We are always open to new ideas.

Plant Regulome - About: Community
http://www.plantregulome.org/community
We are begining the processes of integrating the plant regulome data with other community genomics projects and consortia such as iPlant, Araport, Comparative Genomics Project (CoGe), and EPIC-CoGe (Epigenomics of Plants International Consortium). Epigenomics of Plants International Consortium (browser). We will gladly engage with other community resources, for questions please contact help@plantregulome.org.

Michael McConaughy - Beilstein Lab
http://www.telomereevolution.org/michael-mcconaughy.html
Michael McConaughy - Undergraduate Researcher. I am an undergraduate researcher at the University of Arizona in the Beilstein Lab. I am majoring in Biology with an emphasis in biomedical sciences. I’ve been with the Beilstein Lab since early 2014 researching genetic functions and interactions in the plant family Brassicaceae; specifically, the evolution of telomerase RNA.

Evan Forsythe - Graduate Student. BA Biology, Saint John’s University, 2011. Although much of my work involves tracking complicated gene family evolution within a fairly well-resolved organismal history, I also use genome-wide phylogenetic signal (phylogenomics) to resolve organismal histories that are heavily complicated by population-level processes such as deep coalescence and reticulate evolution. Email: esforsythe@email.arizona.edu.

Ari Meldrum - Beilstein Lab
http://www.telomereevolution.org/ari-meldrum.html
Ari Meldrum - Undergraduate Researcher. I am an undergraduate researcher who joined the lab in January 2014. I am a Molecular and Cellular Biology / Russian double major. My project focuses on the evolution of the different components of telomerase in the family Brassicaceae, specifically the telomerase RNA component, or TER. The long-term goals of this project are to sequence and locate the TER for 5 different species of Brassicaceae.
