We are involved in many projects. CoGe: Comparative Genomics Engine. CyVerse: Transforming Science through Data-Driven Discovery. Structural, functional, and evolutionary analysis of long non-coding RNAs in control of stress response and the epigenome in diverse plant species. We do fun things on the side. Genomic Data Visualization with Virtual Reality. Raspberry Pi and Arduino's for Biologists. And sometimes, pinball. We are always open to new ideas.
