We complain about service etc in south africa but believe me , they aint so bright on this side either.This was a 4 star hotel in Madrid and the staff were a bit thick. Tuesday, July 20, 2010. Its back to normal.Back to school lunches.Back to routine. At least that is what I am trying to do.Why does the 5 week holiday seem to very far away? We ate ,we drank,we had fun in the heat. World cup has also ended. So really,we now need to find something else to focus on to cheer us all up. Tuesday, June 22, 2010. FROM PORTUGAL TO VIGO. And so from way down south we head up to the north of spain.We boarded a train in Faro and it took over 5 hours to reach Vigo.Our friend Anders was there to meet us and it was wonderful to see him after 4 years.They left S.A.to live up in Europe closer to family. On sunday we were treated to the most amazing seafood spread ever.I have always wanted to know what these little barnacles called"percebes"taste like and they spoilt us by serving a seafood lunch.
