Jeff and Jason's Bike Blog. Sunday, January 18, 2009. Russel decided to update is old Cannondale Caad5 to use as a crit and training bike. We helped him throw it together the other night. It is decked out with Ultegra and Dura Ace and Ksyrium wheels. After it was all put together it weighed in at 18.5 lbs with bottle cages. Thats pretty darn good in a size huge. Sunday, November 30, 2008. We spent the Turkey day holiday at the in-laws in Minnesota. We left Thanksgiving day morning and made the 3 hour trek to Blue Earth, MN, home of the Jolly Green Giant.
