Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Gosh it's a week full of outfit posts isn't it? I'm not normally so clothing-centric with all my posts but somehow this is the way the wheels have turned this week! Anyway, I guess this is a pretty typical uniform for me - button up shirt and a pleather skirt. This kind of combo has been a regular feature for me this year and I don't see it ending anytime soon. Tuesday, December 15, 2009. I'm back from London! It is such an amazing city, i had a great time. We left thursday evening from Amsterdam to London Stansted and were there all weekend with the four of us. We did some shopping, sight seeing, drinking and having fun. Our plane back left yesterday evening. At least, that was the plan. because we missed it! First time in a London pub. We had a beer and a nice talk. We all like cocktails! Linda is ordering another cocktail-bucket. More pictures next time!

Monday, 14 November 2011. I've been working on this baby blanket since August, when one of my close friends had her first baby. 3 months later here were are. project finished! It was a real chore to get through all of the moss stitch which makes up the body of the blanket; easy, but tiresome. Knitting the lace border was much more interesting and was something that I hadn't attempted before. Thursday, 28 April 2011. We have just done a bit of a west country road trip from Badminton to Frome. Staying in Bristol for Badminton horse trials, dropping into beautiful Babbington House for afternoon tea and then onto Bath and Frome. We loved THE COWSHED. In Bristol, so much we ate there twice! Later we stayed in THE ARCHANGEL. Frome had some lovely little shops and boutiques which really inspired me -all be it through their windows, as many had closed for the Easter and Royal wedding break!
