Archive for May, 2011. May 24, 2011. Well, I didn’t intend to go months without blogging yet again. I can even blog from my phone now. I just haven’t gotten into a routine with it again, I guess. So…what have we been up to the last few months? Well, we went to Arizona for spring break in April and visited some of Tom’s relatives. Luke and Logan enjoyed a trip to Tombstone and we went hiking in the Chiricahua national monument which was really great. Logan has a pretty sweet ride for hiking trips:.

Mindy Memories: I hate it when good people die and the evil still live
http://mbogoo.blogspot.com/2010/01/i-hate-it-when-good-people-die-and-evil.html
Saturday, January 02, 2010. I hate it when good people die and the evil still live. Went to my friend's son's memorial service today. It was the fifth one for him and the large church was packed with friends and family. He was involved in several organizations and some of them had their own service for him. He was diagnosed with adult-onset Still's Disease back in 2005, a rare form of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. He was 23. Posted by Mindy @ 7:10 PM. Philadelphia area, United States. Last WIP worked on.
Mindy Memories: My dream job
http://mbogoo.blogspot.com/2009/07/my-dream-job.html
Friday, July 24, 2009. I went to Eastern State Penitentiary today with our interns from work. Had a great time on the tour and plan to go back on my own to get more detailed information. The tour guides were very knowledgeable. Posted by Mindy @ 8:00 PM. I think that would be a neat job. They even have guides who give tours on horseback at Gettysburg- that would be awesome. I would love to work at one of the historical sites. Whether about the Army of Northern Virginia or about the Green Mountain Boys, i...

Mindy Memories: December 2004
http://mbogoo.blogspot.com/2004_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 30, 2004. Quote of the Day:. From the remake of. I actually liked it and took it for the comedy it was, as opposed to the creepy original which I also liked. Only castrating, Manhattan career bitches wear black. Is that what you want to be? Ever since I was a little girl. Posted by Mindy @ 9:16 AM. Tuesday, December 28, 2004. No place like home for the holidays. First things first - Here's the Quote of the Day. This is from a book I saw at my dad's, a Jeff Foxworthy redneck joke book:.

Mindy Memories: April 2005
http://mbogoo.blogspot.com/2005_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 30, 2005. I was motivated to actually list my stash in Excel after joining the SOS group at The Wagon. So, I'm finishing two projects for every one I start and am also mainly stitching from what I already have. Again, probably a "duh" moment for those non-addicted stitcher types LOL! Well, I went through what charts I had already kitted with fabric and I can't believe it - about 100! Posted by Mindy @ 2:39 PM. Thursday, April 28, 2005. In Memory of my Great Uncle Jimmy. In 1942, while sta...
Mindy Memories: "How could he cheat on her? She's beautiful!"
http://mbogoo.blogspot.com/2010/01/how-could-he-cheat-on-her-shes.html
Wednesday, January 13, 2010. How could he cheat on her? Since Tiger Woods' accident in November that eventually brought out his cheating ways, how many times have you heard (or maybe even said) something like this? I remember hearing something similar to this when Hugh Grant got caught with a prostitute when he was married to Elizabeth Hurley. We hear this sentiment all the time, actually. It really goes against my grain for several reasons:. They can use such excuses for cheating. 3 I also hate that ass...
Mindy Memories: Great passages from book I'm reading
http://mbogoo.blogspot.com/2009/11/great-passages-from-book-im-reading.html
Thursday, November 19, 2009. Great passages from book I'm reading. Anyway, I really admire the way she writes about both the expedition and the native people and animals of the area, and some of what she writes is funny and scary at the same time:. Another passage I noted just is beautifully written. I'm good at writing about facts, but I'm always working on writing more creatively. I just love this:. Posted by Mindy @ 6:49 AM. Philadelphia area, United States. I'm 37 and live in the Philadelphia area.
Mindy Memories: November 2004
http://mbogoo.blogspot.com/2004_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 30, 2004. Didn't do so well yesterday. Figured I should put this on paper and not completely ignore it, but I don't want to make too much of it either and have decided that the rest of the week is not ruined. Got me in a sabotage mood. So, today I got up and decided to not let yesterday ruin the rest of the week and am back on programm today. I've done pretty well today and think I'll be fine the rest of the week. I can still lose this week if I'm careful, and hopefully I'll be ...I ten...

New cravings that are awakened.then enslave you.

My Fresh Start Studio Blog. Wednesday, April 01, 2015. Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain. Im gathering the snapshots from our recent trip to the coast of Spain known as Costa del Sol - yes, the Sun Coast! For today, Im posting a few photos I took in Ronda. In the mountains above Costa del Sol. Its a village located in a high valley some 750 meters (about 2500 feet) above the sea. It was a long twisty drive to get there (and no GPS made it even more exciting). American artists Ernest Hemingway. March is a bi...
