Sunday, January 16, 2011. Travis and I are doing the South Beach diet I found a lot of great recipes that I wanted to share with any of you that are doing this diet too. I love it! So these are for Phase 1. Toast-Less French Toast- so so good. 2 eggs or 1/2 c liquid egg subs. 1 dash of ground cloves. 1 dash of ground nutmeg. 1 pinch of ground cinnamon. 1 cap full pure vanilla extract. Butter and sea salt. Sugar free maple syrup. 3 once butter starts bubbling pour in egg mixture. 5 once firm it is done.

Tuesday, November 1, 2011. Travis had his back surgery a week before Halloween so Grandma and Grandpa Lake came to help and they got to come do some Halloween stuff with us. They were so great and helpful we love having them come visit. This is at Gardner Village that place is so awesome! We had a great time Trick or Treating the weather was perfect!
