Somewhere in Middle America. Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Baby's First Passport Stamp. This spring was full of adventures! I love that all my kids have passports and Spain stamps in them! Next to potty-training Ellie, I consider taking our children abroad at a young age perhaps our greatest parenting accomplishment to date. Here is a representative smattering of our week in Barcelona. Medieval knights and Barcelona/Catalan history museum. What could be better? The most amazing part of the Valencia Cathedral i...

http://teamlesan.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Somewhere in Middle America. Tuesday, September 06, 2011. I don't know how to can, but I went to a farm and picked up 140 pounds of tomatoes and had a jolly good time there and then I made sauces and spent all night canning with some friends and came home at 1:00 in the morning feeling like I'd turned into a tomato and then a tomato seed fell out of my hair. The End. If you are related to me, you are required to read the unabridged version. Do we want tomatoes from Farmer Monte? All of them.". Well, it's...

teamLesan: December 2010
http://teamlesan.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Somewhere in Middle America. Tuesday, December 28, 2010. When was the last time you played the game of Life? Ellie's career card was "salesperson," with an starting annual income of $20,000, maximum salary of $50,000, and taxes of $5,000. 45,000. Steep, but you don't pay them unless you land on the "pay taxes" box. I felt pretty confident. Ellie didn't land on "rent apartment," but she managed to hit "Inheritance! Ellie won the Ultimate Idol TV show and collected $100,000. I had twins. Now another choice...

Way back in Feb, Nate and I went on a Caribbean Cruise without the kids. So awesome! Thanks to the Whitings for watching the boys. This first pic is of the boys when we got back. I just love Aaron's death scowl here- he was mad at us for leaving him I guess. I think he's forgiven us by now. Maybe or maybe not.

Somewhere in Middle America. Sunday, January 02, 2011. On the Occasion of Seven. Seven years ago today Rob and I were married in the Salt Lake temple. Seven years! Here we are now, a little more grown up, on a rather chilly day but in much more comfortable shoes:. What starts as something small and simple becomes bigger and more meaningful as time moves forward. So there's my romantic anniversary message: love is like a domain name. Happy 7th, RCLIII. I love being on your team! You truly are a great team!

Hinckley Blog: January 2013
http://teamhinckley.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Family Blog of the Clark Hinckley Family. Tuesday, January 01, 2013. The First Six Months. Our connection was primarily with the missionaries – 324 of them over three years. They became our family, our sons and daughters. One of the hardest parts of coming home was leaving 110 of them behind. And so abruptly! One day we were inseparably connected to them, thinking about them all day long, worrying about them, praying for them. They next day Pte. and Hna. Pace took that role and we were gone! We love bein...
