Then I discovered this recipe for paleo quiche. The recipe is written in a blog format with a video, but here's the gist:. 1 cup almond meal. 1 large egg (mine was from a local farm). Up until two weeks ago, I was still doing 20 inch box jumps and only switched to step ups at the request of one of the coaches.
