A Day In Hailley's Life. This post is somewhat out of the blue, but I just had to share today with you. I guess Im feeling a little nostalgic for Coe, in the sense that I would have hundred of days just like this one in the future. Unfortunately, I wont since graduation is quickly approaching. Labels: a day in the life. A note from Hailley. All warm and cozy in our sweaters. Let me explain. An inside joke Millie and I have centers around muffins and our love for them. So to find this, let's say, ...On to...

Hailley's Adventure at Coe College: November 2013
http://kohawktalk-hailley.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
On March 11, 2013 I asked myself if I could make it to 500 posts by graduation. Wow March Hailley that looks like a challenge. A challenge I'm laughing at now. Because yes, I did indeed make it to 500 posts. You're reading the 500th post right now. I'm a little jazzed to say the least. Want to take a quick trip down memory lane? See my other hundredth post celebrations:. A note from Hailley. Our theater is built in a round but what is even cooler is the way we make sets. My favorite tours occur when ...

Hailley's Adventure at Coe College: February 2014
http://kohawktalk-hailley.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
So it's been a crazy week at Coe. I have two tests tomorrow and all of my time today and tonight will be devoted to getting ready for those tests. Will write again and explain my week more fully once these tests are over and Spring Break is here! Labels: a note from Hailley. After way too much snow, the weather warmed up (the 30s). This meant lighter jackets and lots of puddle hopping. We keep crossing our fingers for spring to arrive earlier, especially since our Spring Break is around the corner. Well,...

Hailley's Adventure at Coe College: December 2013
http://kohawktalk-hailley.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
I say this every year, but it's so hard to believe that 365 days have gone by and 2013 is almost done. It will probably take me a good month of writing "13" and then attempting to make a 3 look like a 4. In a classic Writing Center reflection moment, When I look back on 2013, I see a lot of great things. Then it was summertime! I lived with three other fantastic friends of mine and had the opportunity to become really close with Millie and Hayleigh. We spent almost all of our free time together (and ...

Oyama Sushi: Have not been, but I'm always up for sushi. Cobble Hill: Also have not been. Granite City Food and Brewery: Been there! Cappy's Pizzeria: Been there! As man...

Hailley's Adventure at Coe College: April 2014
http://kohawktalk-hailley.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
April's Off Campus Adventures. Well May is almost here and since I spent probably a good week this past month not on campus and instead, traveling, I should probably let you know what I've been up to. Visiting began over my Spring Break when I drove 30 minutes from my house to University of Madison. Then, the visiting continued in April and I had a two week chunk where I spent more time off campus than on campus. My travels took me into the sky and into the clouds:. I came back to Coe for a few days, hel...

Kohawk Talk - Nina: Presidential Ball 2013
http://kohawktalk-nina.blogspot.com/2013/04/presidential-ball-2013.html
Monday, April 15, 2013. A picture before heading out for last year's Pres Ball :). On Saturday, April 13th, President James and wife Linnie Phifer hosted the 16th annual Presidential Ball! The ball was a blast. William Carson's Band played jazz music throughout the night and Terrance was the D.J. of the night. I had a lot of fun with all of my friends at the dance and getting ready for the dance! Now I am just studying away for the last exams in my classes and I will soon be preparing for finals.
