Okay at track this week I ran a mile without stoppong, my timing was about 7 minutes 56 seconds, but at least I pushed myself and got a good enough timing that I could race with others, sadly I'am more of a sprinter and field event type. After track on Thursday I was invited to one of my new friend house, her name is Dani. I rode the bus home with her, slipped down a muddy hill not once but Twice.
