It’s chirpy and annoying and I want it to go away. Groan This seemed like a great idea when I got my gear out last night all ready to run this morning. But it’s cold out there. It’s warm in here. I’m tired. I got to bed too late – again. Another sleep in won’t matter. I can’t do it today. Get up my husband says with a kick.
