Chicken and Potatoes in Silan. 8-10 Pieces of Chicken. 4 Sweet Potatoes Diced. 2-3 Large Onions Sliced. 1 Rub chicken with spices. 2 In a Oven Pan Place potatoes and put chicken on top. 3 Pour Silan over Chicken and potatoes. 5 Add 1/2 Cup of water. (Depending on how much chicken may need less). 6 Cover and bake at 375* for 3 hours. 7 Remove cover and bake for additional 45 min.
