The garden was created for three purposes: to honor “Ibby” Danforth, to create a quiet relaxing space on campus, and to provide plants for midwestern butterflies. The garden features the native plants that midwestern butterflies, declining in number, need for all four stages of their life cycle. For a time and come and join us! The Garden is located on Forsyth Blvd, directly across from the Danforth University Center.
