He got all A's and one B this year in school. I am so proud of him and he is proud of himself. They had a lunch for the parents and had the kids get an award and a pin. Way to go Cadence! http://humesfamily.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Kristina, Cadence and Easton. Thursday, July 23, 2009. The 4th of July! The kids and I were lucky enough to go back to Utah for the 4 th. We had a great time. If you have not been to Provo for the 4 th. Of July you need to try it! It is the best place to be during this time of year. The festivities started out with watching the hot air balloons rise. There are so many, it is really fun to watch. We had to get up early to see them but it was worth it! My sister Jenni and her kids Kyana. And my niece Kyana.

Humes Family: Disneyland
http://humesfamily.blogspot.com/2010/01/disneyland.html
Kristina, Cadence and Easton. Saturday, January 16, 2010. My sister Alisa's work (Safeway) had a night at Disneyland. It was only Safeway employees and the tickets were cheep so I couldn't resist. My boys had never been before and I hadn't been since I was very little. I didn't tell the boys until we went to pick Alisa and her kids up to start our drive. What a surprise it was for them! I like this picture because if you look real close you can see that Easton is missing his two bottom teeth. You should ...

Humes Family: Phoenix Zoo
http://humesfamily.blogspot.com/2010/01/phoenix-zoo.html
Kristina, Cadence and Easton. Saturday, January 16, 2010. One of Cadence's scout leaders couldn't make it to their trip to the zoo so I was asked to step in and help out so I said yes. Easton. Was happy because this meant that he got to go too. It was our first trip to the Phoenix zoo. Five boys at the zoo made me nervous but they were pretty good. The zoo itself wasn't too exciting to me. It seemed like the good animals were either hiding, sleeping or off exhibit. Posted by THE HUMES FAMILY. Oh, how fun!

http://humesfamily.blogspot.com/2010/01/christmas-2009.html
Kristina, Cadence and Easton. Saturday, January 16, 2010. This was my boys and my first Christmas here in Arizona. On Christmas Eve the tradition here in Arizona is to go out for Chinese food and so that is what we did. It was a lot of fun to see everyone. Together. I can't believe that so many of us live in Arizona! I woke up before the kids on Christmas morning. I was so excited. The boys finally got up and we headed for the pile of gifts under the tree. It is so special! It was a great Christmas!
