The Big One… Part IV. The tour is worth the time and money! It takes you deep inside and under the massive structure. You get to tour the inside the Dam, as well as see all the working components. Take the time to go on the tour if you mean to make a stop at the Dam at all. It is not a very expensive or time consuming, and very interesting. Kiss quiet and solidarity good-bye in Las Vegas. Weekend Camping Trip – POINT OF INTEREST

I am a huge fan of camping. Our most recent favorite spot is near the Colorado/ Wyoming border, a little South-West of Laramie, WY. It’s not too far of a drive, there are ample camp sites, and most importantly, there are very few people there! There is a lot of Medicine Bow National Forest we have not yet explored, but the forest roads are decently maintained and well-marked for easy navigation. This is where we camped.
