Monday, October 26, 2009. Well here I am blogging again, before another week goes by and I haven’t. I’m going to commit to blogging regularly to keep myself accountable as I have decided to stop going to the gym I have been going to for around 10 months. I am undecided as to wether I will train myself at home or join a gym cheaper and closer to where I live. So in the meantime (while I am deciding) I am going to train at home. Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Well it has been so long since I blogged I won’t even try to catch my blog up with what I have been up too LOL. Congratulations to all the girls who competed recently! I’ve been plodding along; health is great, thyroid still questionable would you believe! I thought I might commit to blogging again as I am in the process of increasing my cardiovascular fitness, due to a 5 week break from the gym! Well lets see if I keep to my commitment and regularly blog again. :).

I'm going great, been going to yoga lately, and loving it! I forgot how good it is for me, it helps ground me ;) among other benefits. My journal to a fitter / healthier me! Monday, July 28, 2008. Things were up.now they are down. Long time no update - that wasn't part of the plan! Well last Wednesday I was stoked, went to the gym jumped on the scales and look at that 1.1kgs lighter! Then to the down part. My journal to a fitter / healthier me! Tuesday, November 18, 2008. Gosh I am tired today. I think its because two nights in a row I've been taking anti-histamine to stop myself from itching my midgy bites - one thing I hate about living here is the damn midgies. I literally cannot walk outside at dusk or I get attacked. One night I was at a BBQ and ended up with 19 bites! But now I feel tired and my eyes are hurting - not sure if this is exhaustion or the drugged sleep I've had for the last two nights.

Thursday, January 31, 2008. Well last night after my Boot Camp class (once I recovered) I was wired! As of next week school is back here so I will not be able to stay up so late.
