I like to get my feet muddy on the trails. A few years ago I got a Camelbak for a good price through a friend who was in the army. It is an old school camelbak classic. The camelbak I have is a backpack style with a sternum strap. But it has no waist strap, I think a waist strap is ideal in stopping bounce (not a hip strap which are only good for carrying a lot of weight, not reducing bounce).
