Losing weight but gaining so much more! Sunday and Monday Meals. September 22, 2015. September 22, 2015. I had an egg scramble with onion, spinach, tomatoes and cheese because I was craving it. I also had sausage. For lunch I had leftover meatloaf and veggies – but my daughter ate about half of my meatloaf. For dinner we had chicken club sandwiches. I had mine on one slice of bread and ate fries too. For breakfast I had toast with coconut oil and strawberry preserves and a piece of sausage.

Losing weight but gaining so much more! Slight break, Again. October 7, 2015. October 7, 2015. Obviously if you read this blog you have noticed I’ve been away for a while. This month our sick daughter went from sick to sicker, to possibly arthritic. There is a good chance she has juvenile arthritis, and because of this and the fact that she’s been so ill, I have been sliding. Also, a couple weeks ago I realized that when my husband unloaded all the pics from my phone he deleted all my newest food pics!

Life on an Island. Wednesday, April 28, 2010. I feel like this title says it all - I am consistently inconsistent when it comes to this blog. I apologize. Things here have been pretty great!
