A wake up call. Okay, so I'm deaf, right? You're awake. Hopefully. And, in my case, hopefully without waking the neighborhood. Today I visited the audiologist to pick up some supplies (HA batteries, etc.) and asked about this special device. The receptionist, God bless her, is a sweet Southern belle. Middle-aged, perhaps. You get the idea. So she starts explaining that they currently carry two different models and points me towards a bookshelf. Her: "We also have another kind back here.".
