Kim's Life Journey. A Day and a Step at a Time. My Ideal Day →. Looking Forward to 2013. January 3, 2013. Like I said, I would like to move forward and look ahead for 2013. So, I represent to you my 2013 Resolutions/Goals. The last time I did this, I met my husband in March and my goals went out the window. (Granted, the big plan was to live out of my car for half the year working at Ren Faires throughout the US). Get to 215 by my Birthday and 180 by 2014. Take a true vacation, probably in the fall.

Every day I want to come close to the percentages and right around the calorie goal. For each day, I just copy and paste my foods into the daily tracker and watch the totals and percentages. The idea was to write about your ideal day and then try to figure out why it isn’t happening. I thought that it was such a great idea that I’m stealing it and you should too. Wake up around 9am. Eat a quick breakfast and get ready for work. Work at a job I love for about 6 hours. Eat a filling, energizing lunch. Hmmm, we shall see!

Wednesday, October 16, 2013. Here I am getting ready to have another birthday. I'm still fat. I'm not where I need to be spiritually. So.what do I do? I choose to move forward. I just want to be consistent. My life is not a race. Goals for the next month.Stay on WW plan. Run at least 3 days a week. Start a weight training program. Read my Bible at least 5 days a week. A Brand New Day. The theme of this blog is called Brand New Day, which is quite appropriate under the circumstances, I think! Today is July 10th, 2012. I’ve been looking forward to this day for at least the last 6 years. Why? Because today is the first day of my final weight loss journey.
