I’ve got one boy that is thrilled that school is starting and one that would like summer to keep going! They went and met their teachers last week. I really wanted pictures by their classrooms, but I totally forgot! They are excited about their teachers and I think it’s going to be a good 1st and 5th grade year! Luke took off swimming once he got a nice pair of goggles. He loved it!

On Sunday, we woke up with the chickens.shooh.we are not morning people around here, so setting the alarm clock to get up at 5:30 and be on the road by 6:30 and in Montgomery by 7:30 was rough! We made it on time.wooh hooh! Mackenzie had a wonderful meet and we are so very proud of her! She works hard and dedicates lots of hours to this sport she loves and in the end the reward makes it worth the while! All Around : 2nd Place 35.50.

She woke up 2 days later after we received this devastating news. Yes, woke up from a coma and this is where the journey began.She was later transferred to a rehabilitation facility and learned all of her motor skills again and also how to walk again! So, this is the card I made Michael for this challenge :). I love the silver cardstock and I think it pairs greatly with the silver vellum.
