So, this is the card I made Michael for this challenge :). I love the silver cardstock and I think it pairs greatly with the silver vellum. This is the Year of the Rabbit stamp by Sister Stamps. I love this sweet image and love how these cards turned out. It took some tweaking, but this is the end result. Saturday, November 1, 2014. November Challenge and The Cards. Michelle found a picture with some amazing colors on it. So, we decided to use it as our inspiration this month. First up is my card. I had a hard time with these bold colors and didn't want to overdo them. So, I decided to use a navy base. I love this new embossing folder, so had to use that! I thought the colors might be fun for a different Christmas card. So, this is what I ended up making. :). Here is Michelle's card. I love it!

Sunday, July 24, 2011. At the end of June, I joined my friends Cindy and Debbie in Chantilly for a scrapbook convention. One of the things that caught my eye, and some of my money, was a kit that you used to make a canvas wall hanging. I actually purchased 2 of them. They were the inspiration for my contribution to our gift exchange for the shoe box swap yesterday. Wrap it up, add a bow and - - Viola! Oh, yeah, and Wendy chose my gift. I hope she enjoys them. I’ve got one boy that is thrilled that school is starting and one that would like summer to keep going! They went and met their teachers last week. I really wanted pictures by their classrooms, but I totally forgot! They are excited about their teachers and I think it’s going to be a good 1st and 5th grade year! Luke took off swimming once he got a nice pair of goggles. He loved it!
