Creamy Parmesan sauce with noodles. 1 package whole wheat or veggie enriched pasta, 3 tbsp butter, 4 lrg garlic cloves diced, 1 cup red-sodium chicken broth, 3/4 cup non fat milk, 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Boneless skinless chicken breast grilled(optional). Cook pasta according to package. Melt butter in large pan, add garlic and saute about 3 mins over med heat. Day 17 of 30 Day No Added Sugar Challenge.
