Damn it. My mind was breathing today. It’s Self Esteem. I Claw and Scratch. It’s all about “Thank you”. Notice how many times someone will say “Thank you” after something nice has happened to them? The Half Way Times. Thoughts, random and premeditated. Slowly but surely recovering from ankle surgery. I’m on my 12th to 13th week post op. I’m done with the braces. The air cast sucks and has NO cushion. The specially made brace wasn’t so special. Neither brace allowed my foot to move at all. It has to move to heal in my opinion. This entry was posted in Health.
