Friday, September 25, 2009. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bread. 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter. 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar. 2 Tbsp Vanilla Pudding Mix (the powder not prepared). 2 Cups Bread Flour. 1 1/2 tsp Yeast. 3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips (Chilled). 1 Add all ingredients, except chocolate chips, to bread machine as per manufactures instructions. 2 Set on Basic White Light Crust. Scalloped Turkey and Vegetable. 1 Large Sweet Potato $0.73. 1 Large Yellow Squash $0.93. 1 Large Zucchini $0.76. 1 Onion $0.35. 1/2-1 lb Turkey (Cooked) $0.79. 4-6oz Cheddar Cheese (Shredded) $0.83. 2 Cups Milk $0.50. 3 TBSP Butter (melted). Preheat oven to 350. Layer 1/2 of vegetables in a large casserole dish. Spread 1/2 Cheese and ALL of Turkey, shredded, in middle. Top with remaining cheese. Place covered in oven and allow to cook for 1 hour.
