Transplanted and Still Blooming. Lease visit my new site. Monthly Archives: November 2014. Pondering the Past in the Pouring Rain. Posted on November 24, 2014. It is pouring rain and I have spent the day pondering the past. I would add that I have spent the day curled up in my bed, pjs on, drifting in and out of sleep, while I reflected and considered. It is good practice. I recommend it. And I, while my animals slept, contented to have their owner at home and still, allowed myself the time to think.

One Sunday after church, my oldest son (age 10 at the time) came into my bedroom to announce something.
