Just finishing is a victory! Sunday, June 25, 2006. We did another long ride today just shy of 50 miles, but no running. During the middle of the ride, a section of our usual course was closed down to vehicle traffic, which made the ride better then normal. There seemed that there was an abundance of cyclists out today. Just finishing is a victory! Sunday, October 30, 2005. Second full week and at least the spinning is getting better. I am still way out of shape but at least the class is getting better. Lot’s of different class instructors to get varied workout styles. I seem to like Eric’s class and (I can’t seem to remember her name's) class.
