Thursday, September 30, 2010. A thing like autumn. So many days gone by! Yet all is well, so far. The surgery was successful, as far as it goes. Dr Vlastos and Dr Yang implanted the gel in Flynn’s trachea, and the last time they looked at it, there it still was. That’s been two weeks ago, so I guess this must be the third week in. Tuesday, August 31, 2010. One day at a time. Today Dr Yang called Bonnie, and they talked for a few minutes. Flynn's case is indeed serious, but they definitely want to talk to us and take a look at him through ultrasound and echocardiogram. We will be there Thursday. Monday, August 30, 2010. Flynn's initial amniotic results came back today. He is a boy (heh! And he does not have Down's or the trisomies. We will be going to St Louis on Thursday. Sunday, August 29, 2010. A long series of happy accidents.
