Preparing for this trip has been hectic, so much to think about and plan ahead for – my work, the dogs, the house, finances but most of it has been done. Walking one hour a day outside for 365 days. Thursday, January 28, 2010. Time : 7:50 to 8:55 Pm. I walked yesterday night after coming from grocery shopping. Probably not the best choice since it is always colder at night. What I am finding out about my walking every day is where and when I am going to wlak is always an issue. I don't have children at home anymore, but it still requires balancing time and scheduling. I walked a complete hour and it was colder tahn any of the other walks I have done.
