Walking one hour a day outside for 365 days. Thursday, January 28, 2010. Time : 7:50 to 8:55 Pm. I walked yesterday night after coming from grocery shopping. Probably not the best choice since it is always colder at night. What I am finding out about my walking every day is where and when I am going to wlak is always an issue. I don't have children at home anymore, but it still requires balancing time and scheduling. I walked a complete hour and it was colder tahn any of the other walks I have done.

Walking one hour a day outside for 365 days. Tuesday, January 26, 2010. Day 3 walking in the cold. Weight -did not weigh myself today. I started walking at 4:48 PM and finished at 6:02 Pm. I delivered my wife's Avon orders and then continued walking. It was pretty cold today. There were clouds and snow flurries. The trees look beautiful in front. Grey clouds. It looked like a black. Football season went. Hopefully they can beat the. Spartans tonight. T he. Spartans are ranked number 5.

Walking one hour a day outside for 365 days. Sunday, January 24, 2010. Today I read an article that sitting down and not doing nothing was not good for your health. That really is a no brainer. After having been laid up for two and half years with a knee replacement that had gone wrong and finally back to work I realize that I needed to get up off my fat but and start getting active. What better way to get exercise. Than going for a walk. Here are the rules. January, 24, 2010. My walk started at 4:01 pm.
