Love the life you live, lead the life you love". Saturday, November 6, 2010. New Goal: 30 Mile Wildwood Trail. New city, new home, now I need a new goal. A goal that feels as foreign as living in a city does for a mountain girl. Blissfully cramp-free running on a trail in Forest Park. Well, Portland is not like most lar...

Susan's Evolution: Staying Accountable for Resolutions
http://susansevolution.blogspot.com/2011/01/staying-accountable-for-resolutions.html
Love the life you live, lead the life you love". Tuesday, January 4, 2011. Staying Accountable for Resolutions. This time of renewal flashes into our lives every January. Couch potatoes spotted purchasing yoga mats. Recycle bins more packed than the garbage. Junkies putting down the crack. Wait, I don't know what junkies do. Breaking out of old habits, like clipping the fence to jump into moving traffic. But not this year, right? It is, afterall, still only January 10th). A better diet and more exercise?

Oh yea, the White Salmon is a Wild and Scenic. River" (confidently nodding as if it was so obvious what this means that I wouldn't even bother elaborating). Is the whole river protected? So I found out.

Friday, October 3, 2014. Summer road trips are one of my favorite things. When October rolls around I can't help but start planning trips for the next year. If you're like me, put a Wyoming road trip on your list for next summer. My two top reasons are: Alpine Canyon and the Wind River Range. Is 8 miles of classic class III whitewater on the Snake River near Jackson, WY. It's awesome for kayaking, rafting, stand up paddle boarding, and surfing waves like Lunch Counter and Big Kahuna. Northwest Livin': July 2013
http://northwestlivin.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Catching the early morning tide. Every afternoon we rolled up to a new island, set up camp, and found a nice beach to relax on. There were some fun hiking trails, beautiful viewpoints, and incredible sunsets. I also spent some time looking at all the other islands on the map. There are so many to explore and it would be possible to make a trip as difficult or leisurely as you want. So many options! Christie G. Eastman. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Christie G. Eastman.
