One rainy day last week I wanted to prepare something sweet and easy, I found this recipe and it came out great. Perfect with vanilla bean ice cream. Enjoy! 5 Bosch pears, ripe but not mushy, cut in pieces. 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 tablespoons corn starch. 1/4 cup light brown sugar. 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
