March 26, 2009. 8212; by trektoethiopia @ 10:52 pm. Well we got vaccinated today! Or should I say I got vaccinated. We went to the nurse and Will forgot his vaccination card but we’re pretty sure he’s already had the yellow fever vaccine from his air force time. So I was the only one that got shot today…. Oh well, it feels good to have that piece done. We also got warned about all the wonderful things that we could catch in Ethiopia! Ok, don’t freak out parents, we’ve got it under control! April 2, 2009. 8212; by trektoethiopia @ 2:44 am. We got our tickets in the mail today! This is actually happening! We also found out from our agency that we’ll be taking a side trip to northern Ethiopia for a night, and we’re so excited to be able to get out of the city and actually see some of the country. In exactly 3 weeks we will be with our son! It still seems too far away for me, but at least we’re counting days and not months anymore. 5 Comments ». I am so excited for you! life with lily: Lily Snaps!
http://life-with-lily.blogspot.com/2009/04/hershey-kiss-update.html
Our lives were blessed with Lily on 6.15.2006 . . . since her arrival everyday has been such a joy! Saturday, April 04, 2009. I've officially fallen apart, I can barely walk due to all my weight gain and fluid retention - my feet are really paying for it. I saw my OB yesterday, we've decided on an induction date of April 18 th. Who knows how much I would end up with if I actually waited until the baby decided to come. Although, my OB did say babies born at altitude are smaller, she's guessing HK. With a ...

Twice Blessed: September 2009
http://waiting-for-little-one.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Well so far the trip has been much more enjoyable than I'd expected. Flights were pretty uneventful, except for getting really bad motion sickness on the last leg. And what's up with that? Who gets motion sick on a plane. I'd never gotten car sick and now twice in the last month I have. And now the plane? Just weird. (And no, I am most certainly NOT pregnant! It's all anyone talks about down here. Not that I'm complaining. So the class. The whole reason I'm down here. And Daddy is doing quite well back h...
